FarmVille and Zynga are Finally releasing Shipping License, after a long wait, we get to see the Shipping Licenses for the Hawaii and the Jade Falls farms... But wait, they are not yet available for free, Nor is there any clue yet as to when it will be, or what you need to have to get it free later..
